What is our life if we don’t have wellbeing?

A deep curiosity for a meaningful, happy, and full life has led me on a journey of self-discovery, books, courses, study, personal development programs, travel, adventure, and more over the last 20 years.

It is an honour for me to hold space for you and work with you towards the life you want to create.

We develop a wellness vision, create goals and then let the program take its course with you in the drivers seat. I ask questions and guide. We brainstorm. You clarify what you need to do and overcome to achieve your goals.

Change and growth may include healthier relationships, increased purpose, connection, and movement. Results could include awareness and use of values, character strengths, gratitude, nutrition, and mindset, weight loss, equilibrium, meaning, joy, and contentment.
