Quotes from previous participants:
“I have never done a group activity where such a safe, welcoming and encouraging space was held. This safe space was the most valuable thing to me as it gave me the courage to let myself go on the trails.”
“Starting off each session discussing where we were emotionally and physically was liberating. Voicing my vulnerabilities and listening to others speak facilitated a real connection amongst the group which was evident out on the trails. Riding in such supportive environment exponentially increased my ability to learn techniques and to find my flow.”
***Please note this program requires a minimum of 4 riders to go ahead.***
