Hello beautiful people!

I hope you are creating what you want in life. Are you in the driver’s seat of your life or are you being driven somewhere? 


This came up in The Class I registered with recently which is really powerful and super cool! If you are interested in a workout that includes dance, yoga, mindfulness, connecting with your wild side, truth and spirituality and overcoming negative beliefs come join me for a session. I’ve chosen it because it will support me enormously to create what I want in my life. And it’s fun!


Wellness on Wheels is a big part of what I want to create in my life. I want to share my story with you to explain why I want to help support and empower people to improve their health and wellbeing. 


About 2.5 years ago I didn’t like my job, I was fatigued, had brain fog, was anxious, had worsening cystic acne and was on the path toward autoimmune disease.Desperate to find some joy and meaning in my life, my partner and I competed in a mountain bike stage race and 2 days into it I broke my collar bone. That day I wanted to win the race but instead I won my life back. This event precipitated a big pivot.  A friend reached out who is a Health Coach and helped me leave my job. I worked with two Functional Medicine Practitioners who supported me in making small changes to my nutrition.Now I find myself in work I love, I’m calm, energised, clear headed, and have healthy glowing skin (most of the time). I’ve got me back and I love my life.  


This journey has been transformational for me and I want to support others through their own journey. When we commit to change and have support magic happens. 💫
