As always, Wellness on Wheels will promote an environment of safety, inclusivity, kindness, and fun.

Children need to bring a fully functioning bike, helmet, and water bottle or back-carrying water device such as a Camelbak. Children also need to bring a packed lunch.

The workshops will be facilitated and instructed by Georgina (George) Landy who is an AusCycling Development Instructor and presenter, PMBIA Level 1 mountain bike instructor, experienced Outdoor Education teacher, trained in Wilderness First Aid, and holds a Working with Children card.

This workshop did wonders for Chase’s confidence on the bike. He is very proud of his achievements.”

James had a great morning. He was so chuffed to ride the rock garden! It was also his first activity where mum and dad didn’t participate and he had such a positive morning so hopefully it will lead to more confidence to try new activities and events moving forward.

The kids said they had a great time. It looked challenging for them so that is good. 👍”

Opportunity for my child to have a fun riding experience with her peers and attempt skills and tracks that she may not in my presence.”

“My boys love mountain biking & I love knowing they’re being supervised by someone experienced. As a single mum who works full time it was also amazing to have something super fun for them to do over the holidays!”

“The workshop is valuable as it is a physical activity that builds skills and doesn’t feel like “babysitting”. It also provides social opportunities outside of normal friendship groups.”

***Please note workshops and programs need a minimum of 4 participants to go ahead.***

Wellness on Wheels acknowledges the Arrernte people of Mparntwe, Alice Springs, the traditional owners of this Country, including the beautiful trails that we ride on.
